About
Franco Zuccoli
The Pain Guy™
Brain & Body Engineering™ Corrective strength and movement coach
Born in Oslo, Norway with a hip disease that needed treatment, movement became part of Franco's life early. His father was an engineer who approached every problem the same way: how does this work, and how could it work better. That thinking stayed.
After moving to the United States, sport became the life and then the career. Across 35 years, from professional athletes through to people who simply wanted to move without pain, the same pattern kept appearing: people chasing symptoms instead of the underlying cause.
Brain & Body Engineering™ came out of that.
In his own words
There's a personal side to it. Franco has spent a lifetime working through his own physical challenges, which is why he's just as comfortable coaching virtually as in person, and why rebuild is a word he means literally. He has been the person on the table, not just the one standing over it.
Before all of this
Before founding Brain & Body Engineering™, Franco worked as a professional model and actor. Looking back, those years taught more than they seemed to at the time: discipline, confidence, communication, and how deeply our bodies shape the way we feel about ourselves.
The mark
The shield is the symbol of Trieste, the city in northern Italy where Franco's father was born. It sits on his father's gravestone. His father died when Franco was eight years old.
The reason he chose it is simpler than any of that, and it is his own: "I chose it because my dad loved it."
He carries it tattooed. There is a further meaning in the three points, and that one is his to tell.

- Not physical therapy.

- Not a rehab clinic.
If a doctor sends you here, the short version is: corrective strength and movement coaching.
This is a small, boutique practice built around one thing: finding what's actually driving the problem, and rebuilding the body so it stops coming back.
